Gymnastics taught me that failure isn’t the end, it’s part of the process. Whether I stumbled during a routine or reworked a campaign idea, I’ve learned to pivot, adapt, and try again until I’m proud of what I created. This mindset fuels my creativity today.

I’m a Los Angeles-based creative passionate about art direction and creative strategy. I recently graduated from LMU’s M-School program, where I brought campaigns to life that were bold, fun, and rooted in real insight.

Outside of agency life, I’m an artist and entrepreneur. Running my art business, Portraits by Nia, taught me how to balance creativity and strategy — and gave me an excuse to spend way too much time at flea markets. Creativity isn’t just what I do — it’s who I am.
